Class Formats

  • Yoga – the practice of yoga postures and positions with emphasis on breathing to relax, strengthen, and stretch the body. Clients will see improvements in flexibility, balance, and harmony.
  • Stretch – a class designed to stretch the body from head to toe with emphasis on breathing and relaxation. Will slow down the mind and stretch the body completely.
  • Pilates – a format of specific exercises designed by Joseph Pilates, from the late 19 th century, to create strength, coordination and balance. These exercises include breathing techniques and will increase core strength and result in longer, leaner muscles.
  • Weight training – a format of exercises using hand-held weights and repetitions. These exercises will work various muscle groups and increase stamina, strength and endurance. Followed by a cool-down and stretch.
  • Fit-Mix – a combination class including four training elements.
    • Starting with a weight workout for upper body.
