Biography
After graduating with a dance degree, I transitioned into the fitness field in 1980. As a full time group exercise instructor and personal trainer, I teach an average of 22 classes a week, and have done so for the past 27 years, and loved every moment. I was recognized in 2005 for Excellence in Performance and Most Popular Instructor at the Athletic Club North East of Atlanta . Also, I was featured in Allure Magazine, July 1996, for the best body-sculpting class in Atlanta while instructing at Jeanne’s Body Tech. In the past, I taught a variety of classes including, aerobics, kickboxing, slide, step, interval, combination classes, yoga, weight training, pilates, and stretch. Now, I emphasize training in several important components of fitness including muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility. My expertise allows me to teach and train any fitness level with emphasis on correct form, alignment and safety.
Philosophy
It is never too late to start your fitness program. Discipline anddedication are key elements to success! An 8-10 week program emphasizing intensity, duration, and frequency will establish a training effect that will give you the positive results you desire. You will look better, feel better, and have a better quality of life!
I believe that I have the best job in the world. I motivate, encourage, and help others achieve their fitness goals while doing the work I love. LET ME TEACH YOU!
